Where is hotel check in located?
Hotel check in is located at the front desk of the Goldmine Grill & Saloon. Any server should be able to help with the check in process. For guests staying at the Idaho City Hotel, please walk into the lobby and ring the bell for service or call the number provided.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in 4PM
Check out 11AM
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We are a pet friendly hotel and have certain rooms reserved as pet friendly rooms.
Do you offer free WIFI?
Yes, however, being in the mountains means we sometimes don't have the best service or connection.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
If reservations are made through a third party site like booking.com, expedia, etc., then cancellations and changes must be made through that provider. If reservations are made through our website or over the phone, we can easily cancel or change reservations.
Is parking or RV parking available?
There is lots of public parking available in front, around and behind The Goldmine Restaurant.
