Located right in the heart of Idaho City, The Gold Mine Grill and Saloon offers a blend of rustic character and great food. Surrounded by the rugged landscape of the Idaho mountains, guests can dig into hearty, homestyle cooking at the grill and kick back with a drink from the saloon. Live music and special events bring a little extra energy to the weekends throughout the year.


Just a short walk (about 20 steps, give or take), the hotel and mini cabins offer a comfortable place to land, whether you're in town for a night or making a weekend of it. The Gold Mine brings together good food, good drinks, and a relaxed place to stay—all in one spot.

We do music all year around. During the winter months we do music every Saturday inside. Spring, Summer, and fall we do music music Friday, Saturday, and Sunday outside on the Trailer Park Stage.
